SM will not disclose any information about a user that is not already readily available to any other person or entity about the user. In other words, the vast majority of the data & users of SM originated from another website. We suggest that said users refer to the originating websites policy & procedures as needed.
In the case a SM user opens up and account with SM enabling the user to utilize the SM Street Talk services, by joining & using our website you are consenting to our using your personal information as relates to tracking cookies on a computer or for any other purpose that is legal in the United States or any other country that SM does or may in the future operate. This information that you willingly provide SM upon signing up will include personally identifiable information such as your IP address, full name, password, user name, email address, city, state & zip code and any other information that your willingly supply to SM while opening your account. All or part of this personal information may be included in your public profile.
We may from time to time offer information about our products & services to a SM Street Talkers. If at anytime you wish to unsubscribe to our SM website, simply go to the unsubscribe section & delete your account.
Every time a user logs into SM, our servers will collect that users IP address & will simply be stored in our data base.
Generally, SM performs, in-house, services such as hosting & maintenance, customer service, data base storage & direct marketing campaigns and will upon occasion utilize third party vendors to help with said functions. As needed, we will share your information with said vendors to help SM conduct its business.
SM cooperates fully with government and law enforcement officials or any other person to comply with the law. SM will, in our sole discretion, work with & respond to any legal proceeding to protect the property rights of SM or any 3rd party that SM operations were involved with as a user of SM services.
SM may sell or transfer all or part of its assets, including any personal account information of any SM Street Talk users, as part of any merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets as well as any kind of bankruptcy proceedings.
SM will have 3rd party website links available to SM users to access. SM does not endorse or exercise any control over any of the websites with one exception, SM is a wholly owned subsidiary of MDS Media Group and MDS created and developed SM.
SM does not allow any children under the age of 13 years old to utilize said SM services. We will never purposefully take or allow anyone under the age of 13 to open an account with SM. If a parent or guardian learns that a child under the age of 13 opened an account, please contact help@streetsmaven.com and we will delete said account immediately.
