You agree & understand completely that while SM prohibits any conduct that's in violation of its TS, SM cannot be held responsible for the data posted on its web site and that you nonetheless may be exposed to actions & / or materials & / or data that are in violation of the SM TS & that you use all SM services at your own risk.

SM reserves the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
SM will strive to obey all relevant copyright laws and will take any action it deems appropriate in dealing with any issues involving copyright infringements whether against SM or against another person or entity.
